Tony is another of the homeless men who called the streets of Covington his home. He collects cans and scrap metals to get money to buy alcohol. In September of 1994, Tony got an apartment in Covington through the help of a social worker at the Welcome House - a center aimed at helping the homeless in the city. The Welcome House has helped many of the homeless get off the streets and into apartments in the city.
