Welcome to the third installment of the Sacramento Portrait Project. For this session of portraits I went to the Cesar Chavez park in Sacramento on March 28, 2009. At the park they were holding a celebration following the annual Cesar Chavez march. In the following posts there are 29 images from this photo session.
